When will my paperback arrive?

Direct Edition paperback orders are generally prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. U.S. delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after shipment. Processing and transit are separate; delivery dates are estimates, and carrier delays may occur.

Will everything arrive together?

Orders containing multiple types of products may arrive in separate packages. Shipping confirmations and tracking information will be provided as each package ships. Processing and delivery times may vary by product.

How do I receive my ebook?

Your purchase includes EPUB and PDF files delivered by email after successful payment. Download links are available for 7 days. No physical book is shipped, and digital products have no shipping charge.

What is included with my book?

Each physical Direct Edition includes one paperback and the exclusive bonus reading described on its product page. Decorative props shown in promotional images are not included.

Terms of Purchase

Welcome to Moore Legacy Publishing. These Terms of Purchase apply to purchases made through the Moore Legacy Publishing website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, as well as our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Products

Moore Legacy Publishing offers books, special direct-to-reader editions, curated reader goods, digital products, and other merchandise as identified on individual product pages.

Product photographs and mockups are provided to represent our products as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor differences in color, appearance, packaging, or presentation may occur.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, promotions, and product offerings may change without notice.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed. Payments are handled through the payment methods made available during checkout. Moore Legacy Publishing does not directly store customers' complete payment-card information.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

3. Order Acceptance and Availability

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order because of product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Physical Product Shipping

Physical products are currently shipped to eligible U.S. destinations available during checkout.

Standard U.S. shipping rates and any free-shipping thresholds will be displayed during checkout. Shipping rates, thresholds, and promotions may change from time to time. The amount displayed at checkout will control for the applicable order.

Orders containing Moore Legacy Publishing Direct Edition paperbacks are generally prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After shipment, U.S. delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days. Processing and transit times are separate. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

5. Direct-to-Reader and Limited-Quantity Editions

Certain books and packages may be offered as Moore Legacy Publishing direct-to-reader editions and may include special packaging, reader extras, inserts, or other items described on the product page.

These products may be prepared in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and successfully processed.

6. Digital Products

Digital products, when offered, are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only unless the product listing expressly provides different licensing terms.

Digital products may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, uploaded, shared, sublicensed, or otherwise commercially exploited without written permission from Moore Legacy Publishing or the applicable rights holder.

Due to the nature of digital products, digital purchases generally become non-returnable and non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to the purchaser, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for cancellations, returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds is governed by our Refund Policy.

Because physical and digital products are handled differently, customers should review the Refund Policy before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If a physical order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact Moore Legacy Publishing as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, at support@moorelegacypublishing.com.

Please include the order information and, when appropriate, photographs showing the issue so that we can evaluate the problem and determine an appropriate resolution.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, website content, original text, graphics, branding, product presentation, and Moore Legacy Publishing materials are owned by or licensed to Moore Legacy Publishing and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, trademark, publishing, reproduction, distribution, or other intellectual-property rights to the purchaser.

10. Personal Use and Resale

Unless expressly authorized, products and digital content purchased through the website are intended for personal use. Digital products may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any lawful rights a purchaser may have regarding ownership or disposition of a lawfully purchased physical product.

11. Website and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information. Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information, subject to applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moore Legacy Publishing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchase or use of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with purchases and use of our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Purchase from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. The terms in effect when an order is placed will generally govern that purchase, subject to applicable law.
